1. Services

Root Studio LLC provides services including, but not limited to:

• Garden design
• Outdoor maintenance
• Masonry and hardscape work
• Consultations and site visits

All services are subject to availability and may require prior scheduling and approval.

2. Appointments & Booking

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• A deposit may be required to confirm certain services.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
• Root Studio LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments

• Payments must be made according to the terms agreed upon in each project or service.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

4. Estimates & Proposals

All estimates are valid for a limited time and may change based on material costs or project scope. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
• Inform of any hazards (underground lines, pets, etc.)
• Obtain any necessary permits if required

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, photographs, and materials created by Root Studio LLC remain the intellectual property of the company. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Copy or misuse content without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

Root Studio LLC is not liable for:

• Damage caused by natural conditions (weather, soil, pests)
• Delays outside of our control
• Indirect or incidental damages related to services

9. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States.
